All payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash-To be transferred and/or given on the same day of completion of all services. Riley Cleans do not accept cheque payments.
Failure to make payment or any delays in payment will result in a written notice and suspension of all services and a charge of 15% will also be added on top of the initial sum due.
It is the clients responsibility to provide easy access to the address provided in order to carry out cleaning services productively. Failure to provide easy access to the address will result in services not being able to be carried out and Riley Cleans will not be held responsible. If, on any occasion, access is not able to be gained. Riley Cleans will call and leave a message to the phone number provided-if no solution to carry out services is made within 30 minutes to gain access to the property. A charge of 20% will be added as an outstanding payment from the initial sum due. The client can reschedule or re-book services, providing the charge is paid.
Riley Cleans reserve the right to alter/adjust the price of any service due to an error or omission. After or during services, if this occurs Riley Cleans will correct the price and notify the client of changes, giving them the opportunity to cancel and modify services.
Riley Cleans reserve the rights to cancel or terminate any service. In the event of termination, Riley Cleans will always give 7 working days advanced notice, in writing, explaining the reason why and specifying the last cleaning date from there after. If the client chooses to terminate services, the same must occur.

Your home and property is treated with ultimate care during services. While Riley Cleans make every effort to not make any damage within your home/property, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not always guaranteed. For this specific reason it is requested that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimental valuable) to be stored and safely put away/ out of the way before all services.
Riley Cleans, under any circumstances will not be held liable for any loss,damages,expenses,delays,cost or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be incurred or suffered by the client evolving or in any way connected with:
Riley Cleans ask that all regular clients must provide use of a working hoover, hot running water, washing appliances, iron (if needed) Electricity and Power and basic cleaning products and materials, in order for services to be carried out efficiently.
Riley Cleans has your safety and most importantly your health and well being at best interest,therefore all cleaning products used will be natural products suited to you and your needs. All cleaning products will be left in the clients home, perfectly organised in your cleaning cupboard/wherever is safe to leave, locked away from any children, to avoid cross-contamination between homes and properties.
Riley Cleans will aim to reply and get back to all inquires and booking within 24 hours.

Once completed it can specify the cleaning service is needed,fit and tailored to you, your home and your dedicated requirements. A free non obligation estimate-in person, at a time convenient for you, can also be carried out before all/any services are completed.

In the unlikely hood that you do have a complaint,all/any complaints should be made within the first 24 hours from the service date, Failure to do so will entitle the client to no free re-clean.
Complaints are accepted over the phone,in writing, letter, email or text.
It is to be understood by the client they will be not be entitled to any refunds.
Riley Cleans reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions, without giving any prior notice. Should any of the above the change, all clients will be notified by email.
